REPOSUM® – Raboso del Veneto Igt Passito Obtained from overripe grapes
A classy, suave wine with a distinctive character, being the result of an ancient viti-vinicultural heritage.
Grapes are left at rest in temperature-controlled fruit-drying racks for three whole months before the pressing process is performed, thus enhancing the liquid with warm and enfolding nuances of ripe fruit.
Best enjoyed if sipped slowly on its own after a long period at rest in the glass.
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 C°
